The short version
Zmail is for genuine human communication. Do not use it to harm people, send unwanted bulk mail, deceive recipients, break systems or evade enforcement.
1. No spam or abusive automation
- No unsolicited bulk or commercial email.
- No purchased, scraped or harvested address lists.
- No automated account creation, credential stuffing or attempts to evade sending limits.
- No operating open relays, mail-bombing, list bombing or subscription bombing.
2. No fraud, impersonation or harm
- No phishing, payment fraud, identity deception or misleading sender identity.
- No threats, targeted harassment, exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.
- No malware, ransomware, credential theft or links designed to compromise devices or accounts.
- No content or conduct that is unlawful where the service or user operates.
3. No attacks on service integrity
- No probing, scanning or exploitation without explicit written authorisation.
- No denial-of-service activity or deliberate resource exhaustion.
- No bypassing rate limits, subscription checks, human verification, suspension or security controls.
- No use that materially damages Zmail’s sending reputation or availability.
4. Enforcement
We may delay or reject mail, require verification, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or close accounts. Urgent action may occur without advance notice when needed to contain abuse or security risk. We may consider volume, intent, harm, history and cooperation.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to admin@zmail.my with message headers and a concise description. Do not forward active malware or expose unrelated personal data.
