The short version

Zmail is personal email, not a marketing platform. Do not use it for newsletters, promotions, lead generation, cold outreach, campaigns, mass invitations or any other bulk sending—even when recipients or addresses were obtained lawfully. zSign invitations must relate to genuine documents for recipients you are authorised to contact.

1. No marketing, spam or abusive automation

  • No marketing, promotional, newsletter, campaign, cold-outreach or lead-generation email.
  • No bulk or substantially similar messages, mass invitations, mailing lists or automated sequences.
  • No unsolicited commercial email and no purchased, scraped, harvested, rented or third-party address lists.
  • No attempts to split a campaign across accounts, time windows, aliases, API tools, ChatGPT or AI Assist to evade sending controls.
  • No automated account creation, credential stuffing, open relays, mail-bombing, list bombing or subscription bombing.

Technical limits include a maximum of 10 recipients per message, 20 authenticated sends per hour, 75 per day and additional repeated-recipient, queue and connector safeguards. These are ceilings, not permission to send unwanted mail.

2. No fraud, impersonation or harm

  • No phishing, payment fraud, identity deception or misleading sender identity.
  • No forged, deceptive, coercive or unauthorised zSign documents or signature requests.
  • No threats, targeted harassment, exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.
  • No malware, ransomware, credential theft or links designed to compromise devices or accounts.
  • No content or conduct that is unlawful where the service or user operates.

3. No attacks on service integrity

  • No probing, scanning or exploitation without explicit written authorisation.
  • No denial-of-service activity or deliberate resource exhaustion.
  • No bypassing rate limits, subscription checks, human verification, suspension or security controls.
  • No use that materially damages Zmail’s sending reputation or availability.

4. Enforcement

We may delay or reject mail, require verification, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or close accounts. Urgent action may occur without advance notice when needed to contain abuse or security risk. We may consider volume, intent, harm, history and cooperation.

5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to abuse@zmail.my with message headers and a concise description. Do not forward active malware or expose unrelated personal data.
