1. Monthly subscription
Zmail is a recurring $1 USD per month subscription processed through PayPal. It is not a lifetime or one-time purchase.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal using the supported account or PayPal controls. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period, and does not automatically refund time already available. Export important mail before access ends.
3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation or charged for a subscription that never activated, contact us promptly. We will compare the request with server-side PayPal and provisioning records.
4. Refund requests
Refunds may be issued for verified billing or provisioning errors, where required by law, or at our discretion based on the circumstances. Requests based only on not using an active service are not normally refundable. This policy does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.
5. Reversals and disputes
Payment reversals, chargebacks or a subscription becoming inactive may cause immediate service restriction while the state is investigated. Contacting us first often resolves genuine billing errors faster.
6. How to request help
Email admin@zmail.my from the address connected to the account. Include the Zmail address, PayPal subscription reference and a brief explanation. Never send passwords or full payment details.
