Answers without the runaround.
Open webmail, connect an app, recover access or understand how Zmail works.
Four details. You’re connected.
Use your full Zmail address as the username and the separate mailbox password created during signup.

Take your dates and people with you.
Use the full Zmail address and mailbox password—not Google portal credentials. Compatible apps can discover the standard services automatically.

Good to know.
Why are Google sign-in and the mail password separate?
Google protects access to the Zmail account portal. Your mail password is used by webmail, IMAP and SMTP. Keeping these roles separate reduces how often your mail credential is exposed.
Can Zmail read my Gmail?
No. Zmail requests basic Google identity information for portal sign-in only. It does not request Gmail, Drive or contacts scopes.
Why has a message gone to junk?
No filter is perfect. Move legitimate mail out of Junk to help your own mailbox handling, and check that the sender uses authenticated mail.
Will a reminder arrive after I close Workspace?
Yes. Calendar email alarms are processed by the mail server, so the reminder does not depend on an open browser tab. The event details must remain server-readable for that to work.
How are ZNotes protected?
Each complete note document is protected by two independent authenticated AES-256-GCM layers before SQLite storage. ZNotes is designed for automatic recovery, so the authenticated service can decrypt a note for use; it is encrypted at rest rather than end-to-end encrypted.
When is a message automatically ZMath protected?
In Auto mode, a body is protected when every recipient is a ready @zmail.my user. Require ZMath refuses an unprotected fallback; Standard sends interoperable email deliberately. Subject lines, standard addressing metadata, drafts, attachments and external-provider messages remain standard email data.
What does a verified ZMath signature prove?
It proves protected-envelope integrity for the displayed signing key. Zmail recomputes the key fingerprint and warns about first-seen or changed keys, but a first-seen signature is not independent proof of the sender’s identity. Verify important fingerprints with the sender.
What is ZMath Shield for now?
Shield is the portable note-and-file tool. It makes a .zmath vault using separate passphrase and visual-pattern layers, which is useful for protected content that is not an automatic supported-recipient message body.
What happens if a payment fails?
The portal will show the verified PayPal state. A limited grace period may apply before sending, mailbox access or the account is restricted under the Terms.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the subscription through the supported account or PayPal controls. Future renewal stops; service continues through the paid period unless suspended for abuse or security.
Talk to a human.
Email the owner support mailbox with your Zmail address and a clear description. Never include your password, visual pattern or PayPal password.
