Reminder by email 30 minutes before
CALENDAR
Mail is only
the beginning.
Start with Today, move naturally between your inbox, encrypted-at-rest ZNotes and standards-based Calendar, and let reminders arrive even after the browser closes.
- One mailbox login
- Recoverable notes
- CalDAV + CardDAV
See what matters before the inbox takes over.
Today brings pinned notes, due reminders and the next calendar events into one useful landing page. Each card opens the right workspace tool without another account or setup screen.
- Upcoming events with clear date and time
- Due reminders that stay linked to their event
- Pinned notes and unfinished checklist items
- Quick paths back to Mail, ZNotes and Calendar

REMINDERCapture it. Schedule it. Send it.
Each tool has a clear job and a clear security boundary. Nothing needs a separate subscription.
Thoughts that come back on every sign-in.
Write notes and checklists, pin the important ones, organise with labels and colours, archive finished work, recover earlier versions and move unwanted notes through Trash.
- Two independent AES-256-GCM layers at rest
- Authenticated encryption detects storage tampering
- Automatic recovery without a user key ceremony
Honest boundary: ZNotes is encrypted at rest, not end-to-end encrypted. The authenticated Zmail service decrypts a note so you can use it and recover it across sessions.
Dates that still work outside this browser.
Create dated events, choose reminder times and let the mail server deliver notification email even when Zmail Workspace is closed.
- Native calendar storage and scheduling
- Server-fired email reminders
- CalDAV discovery for compatible apps
Honest boundary: calendar titles, times, attendees and descriptions are server-readable so standards-based sync, invitations and reminders can operate. They are not ZMath protected.
A calmer home for a real email address.
Compose, search, filter, archive and manage folders in a Zmail-styled mailbox. Choose Auto, Require ZMath or Standard before sending when the protection decision matters.
- Supported-recipient browser-side body protection
- Explicit protection mode in the composer
- IMAP and SMTP access remain available
Honest boundary: ZMath Mail protects eligible message bodies only. Subjects, addressing metadata, drafts, attachments and external-provider messages remain standard email data.
Your dates and people are not trapped in one screen.
Zmail’s server exposes standard discovery endpoints for calendars and contacts. Sign in with your full Zmail address from a compatible CalDAV or CardDAV client and keep the same account in more places.
Know what each promise means.
Useful privacy starts with language that does not blur different security models together.
Protection you can choose—and inspect.
The protected envelope uses opaque per-device slots rather than copying recipient or BCC addresses into its encrypted-message directory. On open, Zmail recomputes the signing-key fingerprint and checks current or first-seen key continuity.
- Auto protects when every recipient is ready
- Require ZMath refuses an unprotected fallback
- Standard makes an intentional interoperable send
- First-seen and changed signing keys receive different warnings
Integrity is not identity proof. A valid signature shows that the protected envelope has not changed for that signing key. Verify a first-seen fingerprint with the sender before treating it as independent proof of who sent the message.
More than a mailbox. Still one dollar.
Workspace, ZNotes, Calendar, reminders, sync and Zmail mail protection are included in the monthly plan.
